A shipbuilder in Japan constructed 200 flat-bottom boats for the Yemen Agricultural Bank in Hudaida over 7 months, working in 3 shifts. The boats were based on a standard hull design but included additions like a small keel. Molds were also created for 7m and 4.5m boats based on the original hull design, and the deck design was modified and new molds were made.
