The poet reminisces about the good old days of happiness and camaraderie spent with a friend. They wish they could bring back those beautiful days and have their friend here with them again. However, the poet realizes their friend has changed and is now so different and unreachable. While the past days can only be treasured memories now, the poet takes comfort that they will always remember the friendship they once shared.

Remember the good old days?
The good old days of happiness, nice companionship
Ours was good camaraderie, indeed!
I wish I could bring them back
I wish you were here with me- again
To revive the beautiful days we had.
But how? This question is popping big before my eyes
Youve changed youre so far now
So different from the person I knew before
So unreachable.
So I have to admit, those days are mere treasures now
Of a past to be reminisced every now and then
And to be kept in my books of memory gems
Yes, my sole possessions are these memories
Photographs and diaries
But Ill always remember, that for once in my life
WED BEEN FRIENDS
