These 9 Fitness Hacks for Entrepreneurs Should Help
KEEP IT SIMPLE
Find workouts you can do
with minimal equipment in the places
you spend most of your time.
BE PREPARED
Keep a gym bag in your office.
Stock it with your workout clothes,
shoes, weights or exercise bands,
and anything else you need to exercise.
WALK TO WORK
Walk to work if you can.
Try walking around work talking to your employees,
take a brisk walk up and down the hall
or a couple flights of stairs and pace back

FORGET GETTING LUNCH
