A Christmas Carol tells the story of Ebenezer Scrooge, a stingy man who hates Christmas. On Christmas Eve, Scrooge is visited by three ghosts - the Ghost of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet to Come. The ghosts show Scrooge how his selfishness has negatively impacted his life and the lives of others, especially his employee Bob Cratchit. Scrooge has a change of heart and realizes the importance of generosity, especially during Christmas time, and vows to live his life differently going forward.

Plot: Ebenezer Scrooge was a stingy old man that he hated
Christmas. He worked in his office with Bill Cratchit, a younger
man. One night 3 ghosts visited him on Christmas Eve. The first
ghost showed him his life when he was younger. The second
ghost showed him how did Bill Cratchit live in poverty. The
third ghost showed him that if he would keep on with this
misery he would die earlier. Then, Scrooge realized the
importance of generosity, ideal in Christmas, and he was happy
but not stingy anymore.
