A METHODOLOGY TO CONTROL
THE CORRUPTION IN INDIA AND
BRINGING THE BLACK MONEY TO
INDIAN MARKET IN 1 MONTH

DEFINITION
 Corruption-
 This is the well known discussion points in India.
 Any one who wants to become popular, he may say to
anyone a corrupt and by media he may become popular
due to serious weakness of politician , officers and
present system to collect the party funds...
 Black money-
 This is the money which is not in account, disappeared
from market and kept in place which is not giving the any
fruitful result. If any money which is in market by any
means is not called the black money in natural way. But
in India any money which is not shown in return should
called a black money

MAJOR PROBLEMATIC AREA
 We studied the all angles of corruption and Black
money in India. Govt is trying to control this
corruption but unable to do any thing due to
following reason
 1. A corrupt man is also an Indian and he may be
relative(brother, sister) of any Indian.
 2.Whole system is old and corruption is now a
profession of officers/leader/public at all round.
 3.By force no one can bring the money. For talks
or for politics only it looks good.

 2. Dual policy of GOVT.
 3. Population growth.

BOTTLENECK/ROOT OF CORRUPTION
 Collection of funds is the root of corruption.
 Other reason is created and it may be control
at any level.
 What is Collection of Party Fund and their
impact.
 Fund is essential for any things.The fund
which collected by chanda and other way for
party is called party fund.

 Impact of party fund-
To collect more fund, party is illegally helping
to businessman/agent.
Any leader who is collecting the funds,
illegally keeping the funds in own pocket, a
best reason for Black money.
Businessman/agent who is giving directly
benefit to leader earning much money
illegally where he will keep, a reason of black
money.

ROOT OF CORRUPTION
Minister and leader forcing officer to pay
money either by transfer/directly/by
unnecessary disturbing on the name of party
funds.
Officer pressurizing the lower officer to bring
the money and giving benefit illegally to the
agents/contractor/businessman .
To get this loop holes, Lower officer also
indulging in corruption.

 To any one complaining then GOVT. forming
the third party/second party/individual party
for verification and report.
 Third party/second party/individual party is
taking parts of benefit and closing the issue.
 Indian complete system is highly corrupt due
to single weakness of COLLECTION OF
PARTY FUNDS.

METHODOLOGY
 In present condition of country,The role of
president is very cruicial.T here is need of
presient rule/National govt./Interference of
President in Govt. policy formation.
 President can control the corruption and
bring the black money to Indian market to
follow the following steps-

STEP-1
 As some people, who already popular for this
issue, hence President has to immediately
call and nominate as a MP such as Anna
Hazare, Baba Ramdev and Sri Sri
Ravishankar.
 President has own power.

STEP-2
 Bring the Black money in within 1-3 months
 As think corrupt man is also our relative, hence by forcedly
we can not bring the black money and should not be
controlled, hence first of all make a immediate policy to
MAKETHEWHITE MONEYWITHIN 1-3 MONTHTO
DEPOSITALL MONEY IN NATIONALISED BANKWITHOUT
PAYINGANYTAXTO GOVT.
 If any money coming in bank will called white money for
that man. No punishment should be given for any amount
deposit.THISWILL GIVE A CHANCETO BECOME HONEST
TO MANWHO HAS BLACK MONEY.

STEP-2
 Ex.-Lets take a joint family, it is normal who is
looking money part or in power some time some
one illegally doing some work, some one may
keep money in other place also.To control this
either division in family takes place or some time
fighting may take place. Same thing in India is
also happening. Corruption is out of control.

STEP-2
 WE CANNOT CONTROLTHE CORRUPTION
TO FIGHT ORTO SEND JAIL ORTO MAKE
ANY POLICY,WE CAN CONTROLTO
CHANGETHE SYSTEM OF COLLECTION OF
FUNDS FORTHE PARTY.

STEP-3
 Demolish the 1000/500/100 notes after (1-3)
months

STEP-4
 Indian is in high economic growth position; hence this is the time
when we can modernize the party fund collection system.
 Party fund should not be collected to get the Chanda and other
things, party fund will come from the project and project
implementation at each stage. Normally we calculated if 2% of
project cost should be calculated for the party funds. It will
directly go to the party as per project vicinity to various parties as
per their position in last election. Fund will not go to the
independent candidate name.
 Benefit-
 This procedure will make the 100% control on party funds, and
their activity, and we will get good leader who may think about
the progress of country. Now any one pointing to any one should
not be happened. No one can say minister/leader/officer is
corrupt, because all one getting the money in the name of party
funds.

STEP-5
 Define the 100% honest man and bring him in
parliament for minister.
 If 100 honest ministers will rule the GOVT then
automatically lower level of corruption should be
controlled.
 THERE IS NO NEEDS OF LOKPAL, BECAUSE
OUR (545+240) MP,MLA,SARPANCH IS A REAL
LOKPAL IFTHEY ARE 100% GUARNTED
HONEST, AND GUARNTY WILL COME BY
ABOVE METHOD, OTHER METHOD WILL LEAD
TO INDIA IN DIFFERENT DIRECTION.
