A Nap energiatermelését a következő
fúziós reakciók adják:
Proton-proton ciklus (pp)
Szén-Nitrogén-Oxigén ciklus (CNO)

 A proton-proton ciklus a naptömegű vagy
annál kisebb csillagok esetén a fontosabb
energiaforrás.
 A két hidrogénmag közötti elektromos taszítás
legyőzéséhez rengeteg energia szükséges,
emiatt a folyamat nagyon lassú. Emiatt a
lassúság miatt süt még mindig a Nap; ha a
folyamat gyorsabb lenne, már rég kimerültek
volna a hidrogénkészletei.

Első lépés:
1H + 1H → 2H + e+ + νe
Ez egy korlátozó lépés: egy proton
átlagosan 109 évet vár arra, hogy
deutériummá egyesüljön egy társával.
Következő lépés:
2H + 1H → 3He + γ + 5,49 MeV
Ezután három különböző fő
ágon 4He-mag (alfa-részecske)
keletkezik.

Előadásunkban az InnoDigi előzményeit és bevezetésének első állomásait mutatjuk be részletesen, melyet az iskolavezetés szemszögéből járunk körbe. Az InnoDigi programot megelőzően a Kispesti Puskás Ferenc Általános Iskola már 2016-től elkezdte a digitális alapú, tablettel támogatott oktatást. Ezen koncepció keretében a tantárgyak jelentős részénél a tabletet, mint támogató eszközt a tanórákon használt a nevelőtestület. A digitális technológiával támogatott oktatásunk együttműködő partnerei a Külső-Pesti Tankerületi Központ, valamint Kispest Önkormányzata és külsős cégek. Természetesen az együttműködő partnerekkel, valamint a tankerület iskoláival állandó a kapcsolattartás. Az évek folyamán nemcsak a tabletet, hanem a saját mobil eszközök is bevezetésre kerültek az oktatás digitalizálásának céljából. Ennek köszönhetően a tanulóknak az applikációkba nem kellett bejelentkezniük, hanem rögtön tudtak az eszközökkel dolgozni. Ezeket követően után az okos eszközök használatát kibővítettük az okos TV-k bevonásával. ahol az egész csoport, vagy osztály láthatta az applikációban végzett tevékenységeket. Az – akkor még – informatikaórákon a negyedik évfolyamosok már programozást (többek között Micro:bit ) is tanultak. Emellett folyamatosan fejlesztettük eszközparkunkat digitális okostáblákkal is. A tantermi folyamatokban és pedagógiában az eszköz és a képzett humán erőforrás kapcsolata kiemelt jelentőségű. Jelenleg minden termünkben van valamilyen digitális technológiai eszköz ( okos TV, LCD panel, digitális tábla) emellett tabletek, laptopok (125db) állnak a tanulók rendelkezésére. Nagy hangsúlyt fektettünk a tudásmegosztó tevékenységeinkre is, tantestületen belül és kívül is. Konferenciákat szerveztünk, ahol nemcsak plenáris ülések voltak, hanem tantárgyspecifikus workshopokkal segítettük az érdeklődő kollégákat. A digitális technológiai eszközök a pedagógiai munkában is nagy jelentőséggel bírnak. A pedagógus fontos feladata, hogy a segédanyagok – alkalmazások, appok – használatával bővítse a tanulói szintű felhasználást. Az értékelési gyakorlatunk kétszintű. Értékeljük a tanulók digitális kultúráját, valamint a pedagógusok digitális technológiai felhasználását. Értékeljük a tanórán kívüli tevékenységekben – szakkör, verseny – végzett digitális tevékenységeket is. A tablettel támogatott oktatás eszközhasználatát mértük, s évente több mint ezer tanórán előfordult a használatuk.

A Külső-Pesti Tankerületi Központ a Puskás Ferenc Általános Iskolát kérte fel a megfelelő szakmai bázis biztosítására, a módszertan elkészítésére és a kifejlesztett elemek átadására. A Külső-Pesti Tankerületi Központ biztosítja az infrastruktúrát (LCD, robotok, mobileszközök, Wi-Fi stb.), a humánerőforrás anyagi motiválását, a képzések megszervezését, a szakmai felügyeletet és a kapcsolattartást. A Program célja egy működő és fenntartható, digitális technológiához kapcsolódó iskolafejlesztési program működtetése. Várt eredményként az oktatási célú technológiahasználat fejlődése került kijelölésre. A résztvevő iskolák belső pályáztatás útján kerültek kiválasztásra: kérdőíves vizsgálattal mértük fel a hajlandóságot, várható aktivitást – ezzel biztosítottuk a program irányába a kellő motivációt és a prognosztizálható fenntarthatóságot. Az InnoDigi Program elindításához felhasználtuk a tankerületben végzett aktuális kutatásokat (lásd például Czékmán Balázs (2023): Tabletek az iskolában – Kérdések és válaszok az intézményi bevezetéstől a hatékonyságig Debreceni Egyetemi Kiadó: Debrecen). Az InnoDigi Program elindításához kiválasztottuk az iskolákat; mivel a hatékonysághoz szükséges a személyes bevonódás és belső motiváció, ezért kérdőíves felmérést követően választottuk ki tankerületünk 10 iskoláját a programba való bekapcsolódásra. Az InnoDigi Program elindításához különböző digitális eszközöket biztosítottunk (interaktív LCD, padlórobot csomagok). Az InnoDigi Program hatékonyságáért és az utánkövetésért Koordinátorokat alkalmazunk a Mentorok képzésére: két Koordinátor a Kispesti Puskás Ferenc Általános Iskolából és a Debreceni Egyetemről, akik az intézményi Mentorok képzéséért és a programhoz kapcsolódó kutatásokért felelnek. Az InnoDigi Program hatékonyságát és az utánkövetését a koordinátorok által képzett Mentorok biztosítják: iskolánként két Mentor (Koordinátorok által képezve), akik – többek között az intézményük pedagógusainak képzéséért felelnek. Az InnoDigi Program fenntartását, valamint a koordinátorok és a mentorok munkájának ellentételezését a Tankerületi Központ fedezi.

Mental health has been in the news quite a bit lately. Dozens of U.S. states are currently suing Meta for contributing to the youth mental health crisis by inserting addictive features into their products, while the U.S. Surgeon General is touring the nation to bring awareness to the growing epidemic of loneliness and isolation. The country has endured periods of low national morale, such as in the 1970s when high inflation and the energy crisis worsened public sentiment following the Vietnam War. The current mood, however, feels different. Gallup recently reported that national mental health is at an all-time low, with few bright spots to lift spirits. To better understand how Americans are feeling and their attitudes towards mental health in general, ThinkNow conducted a nationally representative quantitative survey of 1,500 respondents and found some interesting differences among ethnic, age and gender groups. Technology For example, 52% agree that technology and social media have a negative impact on mental health, but when broken out by race, 61% of Whites felt technology had a negative effect, and only 48% of Hispanics thought it did. While technology has helped us keep in touch with friends and family in faraway places, it appears to have degraded our ability to connect in person. Staying connected online is a double-edged sword since the same news feed that brings us pictures of the grandkids and fluffy kittens also feeds us news about the wars in Israel and Ukraine, the dysfunction in Washington, the latest mass shooting and the climate crisis. Hispanics may have a built-in defense against the isolation technology breeds, owing to their large, multigenerational households, strong social support systems, and tendency to use social media to stay connected with relatives abroad. Age and Gender When asked how individuals rate their mental health, men rate it higher than women by 11 percentage points, and Baby Boomers rank it highest at 83%, saying it’s good or excellent vs. 57% of Gen Z saying the same. Gen Z spends the most amount of time on social media, so the notion that social media negatively affects mental health appears to be correlated. Unfortunately, Gen Z is also the generation that’s least comfortable discussing mental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Only 40% of them state they’re comfortable discussing their issues with a professional compared to 60% of Millennials and 65% of Boomers. Race Affects Attitudes As seen in previous research conducted by ThinkNow, Asian Americans lag other groups when it comes to awareness of mental health issues. Twenty-four percent of Asian Americans believe that having a mental health issue is a sign of weakness compared to the 16% average for all groups. Asians are also considerably less likely to be aware of mental health services in their communities (42% vs. 55%) and most likely to seek out information on social media (51% vs. 35%).

Emiatt a lassúság miatt süt még mindig a Nap; ha a folyamat gyorsabb lenne, már rég kimerültek volna a hidrogénkészletei.

9. Az magfúzió eredménye az, hogy négy proton alfa- részecskévé alakul, mellette két pozitron és két elektronneutrínó keletkezik valamint az energia egy része gammasugárzás formáj ában távozik. A szén, oxigén és nitrogén atommagok csupán a folyamat katalizátoraként szolgálnak, a folyamat végén számuk változatlan marad.
