A new learning tool is being introduced that allows users to upload documents and ask questions about them. Other members of the learning community will be able to view the document and posted question, and provide comments and feedback to help answer the question. This seems to be creating an interactive forum where knowledge can be shared through discussion of documents and questions within a community.
