#8: Eric is looking to see which genes show increased expression. He is isolating RNA samples and sending them to Nikki for Next Gen Sequencing and mircoarray work. Nikki logs in to her LIMS, gets the work order on line, sets up reactions, in the system, prepares sample sheets that get downloaded to the instruments Wet lab stuff, loads samples, the instruments collect data and transfer it back to the lims Where Eric can log in and get results.
