Business and Personnel Reference for: Aaron Michael Wulff To Whom It May Concern: Gerdau, Inc. employed Aaron Wulff as a full-time contract employee working on our Master Data Material (MDM) global project. For more than 9 months he was given data analyst assignments which he completed in a very satisfactory manner. His recent layoff was solely the result of the ending of the project. I started the project with 10 analysts and because of his importance to the project he was the lastto be laid off. The MDM project is a global initiative to standardize the MRO spare part descriptions for the 16 Gerdau GLN mill storerooms. This standardization process uses a Noun, Modifier, Attributes format to describe the parts. As a data analysthis role was to use the global template developed for each Noun, to identify missing attribute information by performing online data research, contacting OEM part manufacturers via email or phone calls, as needed, to find missingattribute values. Aaron was appointed Team Leader because of his take charge attitude, his excellent computer knowledge and his willingness to help his fellow co-workers with issues. Aaron is a natural leader who can get results from peers and team members solely on his personality and business disposition. Aaron is highly intelligent and motivated individual and is a self starter who needs minimal supervision. He asks good direct questions when he needs guidance. He is personable but does not get caught up in office casual conversations. He is knowledgeable in the maintenance parts field which gives him a solid foundation in efficiently finding the missingattribute values. His computer skills allows him to write programs to electronically perform some of the work. He is attentive to details and I came to trust his work results. This project had a high visibility and the KPI goals were monitored at the highest level of the company. Aarons leadership and work ethic ensured the project met the monthly and project end goals as scheduled. I would not hesitate to employ him again.
