This document discusses India's progress in space technology and innovation. It summarizes Dr. Kalam's vision of India building its own satellite launch vehicles and spacecraft, which has been realized through programs like PSLV and GSLV. It also addresses concerns about computers surpassing the human brain, but asserts that human creativity will always be superior. Finally, it promotes collaboration between Indian and US universities to promote knowledge sharing.

4. Can computer challenge the Brain?
Moderately priced PCs capable of performing about a billion
calculations per second today, will be able to perform about a
trillion calculations per second within next 10 years.
It is predicted that by 2019, the computational ability of an
ordinary PC would exceed the capability of human brain.
By 2029, the capability of a normal PC would be around 1000 times
of the human brain.
Definitely my view is: the creativity of the human mind will always
be superior to even the most powerful computer in the horizon.
