- 1. ABOUT A WATCH Hi, my names Ronix and I used to live on the wrist of a boy, but now I dont. Let me explain, my owner John bought me five years ago, but he was an absent-minded person. Therefore, one day he lost me and now Im on the floor. Whats more, he hasnt come back to pick me up. I am a wrist-watch and my quality is so good. My strap is made of leather but, Im not a brand such as Rolex. Today its raining cats and dogs, and Im lying under a bus stop. People are walking around me and the only thing they do is kick me. Nobody looks at me. Suddenly a Rolex wrist-watch is next to me and I feel better because I could have a friend, someone to talk with. But before an hour he disappeared. I know he was a Rolex and Im not, thats why Im still here My steeple perceives the drops of the rain. My splinter of glass is broken. The bell of the Big Ben tower is playing twelve pm again. Ive been here for a week and nobody has helped me. Im so tired, so Im going to sleep, meanwhile Im thinking about my future. I dont know what the ideology of humans is. Im a good quality object and Im still working perfectly. Why does nobody want me? Is it because of the brand? My eyes close down and I start dreaming. All of a sudden I begin to feel a little bit of warmth on my strap. Slowly, I wake up. I look around and I see that Im located on a womens hand. Somebody has seen me and had picked me up. Now, I feel more valued, but its too late. I feel that my spires are stopping.
