Aguas de Lanjarón is one of the fims within Danone Group. Danone is an international company present on all continents. The group
holds top positions in healthy food through four businesses: Fresh Dairy Products, Early Life Nutrition, Waters, and Medical Nutrition.
Its mission is to bring health through food to as many people as possible. Danone has over 190 production plants and around 104,000
employees. In 2013, the company generated sales of over €21 billion, with more than 60% in emerging countries.

being able to deliver 2 days earlier the
monthly report - "Analyse des Résultats"
When the company Aguas de Lanjarón was
mereged into Danone Group, Reporting in
French was necessary.
I reported in a weekly basis the Cash Pooling
position, detailing the short-term estimation
of incomes and costs.
Decentralising the "cash-flow" management
among the different companies of Danone
Group, sending or receiving funds to
allocate the financial resources when
needed.
There were important wastes of money in
the returnable glass bottles, and pallets.
Analysis of input and output per client, to
detect where the waste was located.
We found out that some clients were
cheating by returning more glass bottles and
pallets that they bought from us, and we
stopped this practice.
I dealt with all the daily tasks of the
