Vaishnoraj Shivan, a class 6th student of Sanjay Ghodawat International School, Atigre, Kolhapur stood third in Category C of National level of ‘BrainCafé Budding Scientist Contest 2013’ organized by Zee Learn. The competition took place on 18th January 2014 at Nehru Centre, Worli, Mumbai. He had made working model of eco-friendly cooker also known as solar tyre cooker. He had made the working model from recycle materials. He was awarded a laptop along with merit certificate. Over 2,00,000 students had participated from more than 500 schools across the country. He had also stood first in State Level Competition of Maharashtra of BrainCafé Budding Scientist contest held in City Pride School, Nigdi, Pune. Braincafé Budding Scientist Contest 2013
