Theme   Main theme of our project is Atomization and Optimization of MR reporting system.
Why MR???????? Medicines are the unavoidable part of human life now a days. Direct Advertising of medical product is not allowed for general public expect very few products. So Company market their products to doctors personally via Medical representative i.e; MR
Continue¡­ They are spread all over the country to approach doctors . So their number is very high and to manage them is a big task of company.
Current Scenario Since company cannot have offices in every place they ask their MR to send their working details by post, courier, net etc. The MR notes down all his visits in  a format and sends it to company via some media. This process takes a lot of time around a week. Consumes lot of money . The chances of false report is very high.
Our Aim To develop a system which will  reduce time consumed. To develop a system which will reduce the cost incurred. To increase the accountability of that report.
Our Project (Aclick) The project contains a main website that can be accessed through internet by employee / employer. A Gadget.
Gadget Application Aclick  software consist of a  gadget application (Mobile)  with list of all the doctors in MR region . The gadget contains list of all the doctors, Stockiest and chemist . As he goes to doctor or stockiest he clicks their name and then selects the medicine sample given to doctor or sold at stockiest shop. As he clicks the name an encoded message is sent to the server. The message is decoded in the server and is stored in the database.
Web Application The database in which visit data is stored will be link to the website. The MR or higher can login to the website and could get the summarized report of their work that includes:- Average Visits Sales (daily, monthly, yearly etc.) Path followed

Comparision Time analysis: Current Scenario For courier:  3 days Entry  in database and report analysis: 1 day Total time: 4 days i.e 345600  seconds Our project For sending: 40 seconds For analysis (though at same time ): 40 seconds Total time: 80 second  Total Saving : 345520 seconds
Money analysis : Current Scenario 1.  On an average a company has 500 MR.   2.  Cost on Courier at Rs. 25  : 500*25=1,25,000   3.  For data entry and analysis : 500*2 =1000    4.  Total cost per day: 1,26,000   5.  Total cost per month: 37,80,000 Our project:   1.  Cost of SMS for one MR if he visits 1000 Doctors  a month  :  Rs. 100 (For reliance)    2.  Total cost per month :  500*100=50,OOO  Total Saving:  37,30 ,000 (Rs.)
Software Requirement JAVA 1.5 J2ME W2k toolkit for simulation ASP pages for web design. SQL server database.
Hardware Requirement JAVA enabled mobile
Benifits Obviates the need to first collect the data in paper form and then process it or feed the data in online form and then  send it. Total saving of time and effort in data processing. Total saving in postage costs for sending visit report to Head Office. Efficient monitoring and control of field activities through analysis of latest data.
Effective and timely management of doctor relations. Targeted marketing through systematic identification of doctors with products. Analyses of MR effort with respect to orders and deviations
Conclusion With its implementation, the potential and  productivity of the Company and its employees multiplies many folds.  And what more, All this for just ¡­.  A Single Click! ¨C Aclick ¡°  Few Moments to listen to us may  save Few Millions  to You ?..¡±
