ADHD and Asperger's syndrome are developmental disorders that share some similarities but also have key differences. Both conditions can be diagnosed through clinical evaluations and assessments of behaviors. While people with ADHD struggle with attention issues and hyperactivity, those with Asperger's have difficulties with social skills and nonverbal communication but normal intelligence and language development.
