administration of compensation benefits, including training and development; provided technical
advice and information concerning permanent and temporary employee compensation and
benefits for active duty and reserve personnel; prepared and processed correspondence, reports,
personnel records, and applicant flow data; authorizes compensation, procurement, and
relocation entitlements and benefits through use of office automation systems; and prepared
official correspondence, administrative directives, regulations, and orders. Performs data entry
and uses payroll and management software applications to process compensation and relocation
entitlements pertaining to pay, travel, and transportation; prepares benefits and entitlements
forms; prepared and distributed correspondence; provided counsel and interpretation of
organizational, federal, and joint governmental policies to employees on hiring, termination, and
relocation entitlements pertaining to retirement, discharge, and transfer; created and maintained
personnel data records and applicant flow data; provided counsel to employees on parental leave,
sick leave, sabbaticals, and paid time off; and prepared and maintained
reprimands/administrative remarks.

 Possess Secret Security Clearance
 Establish, maintains, develop, and updates filing system for Human resources.
 Assist in planning and prepping for meetings.
 Organize and prioritizes large volumes of information via email, calls, fax and files.
 Utilizes Microsoft office. Can work independently or in a group to accomplish task.
 Knowledgeable in policies, procedures, and requirements. Knowledgeable of administrative
support, practices, and procedures.
 Knowledgeable of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and composition.
 Knowledgeable of computers, printers, copiers, and a fax machine.
 Knowledgeable of the methods and techniques of written communication. I have effective
