- 2. www.adminproject.eu WHAT IS IT? Web-based app, which allows you to jointly develop new Erasmus+ proposals.
- 3. www.adminproject.eu HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? Proposal Builder is and always will be free of charge.
- 4. www.adminproject.eu HOW DOES IT WORK? You need to register (or login if you have account already), create new proposal, invite your partners and start working on it.
- 5. www.adminproject.eu WHY IS IT BETTER THAN FILLING IN PDF FORMS? You can work on the proposal together with your partners. At the same time. You will see who is editing what. Each version is always saved and can be restored as needed. No need to send PDFs anymore, no need to copy & paste between forms.
- 6. www.adminproject.eu AT THE END, WILL I GET COMPLETE PROPOSAL? Unfortunately, no. You will have all text fields, but the selectable parts like drop-downs and financial tables need to be filled in manually, due to the way PDF form is designed.

- 8. www.adminproject.eu Create a new proposal After logging in, click on Create a new proposal to get started
- 9. www.adminproject.eu Choose a name Type-in the new project name. You can change it later, as many times as you need.
- 10. www.adminproject.eu Select project template Select your project type. This CAN NOT be changed later.
- 11. www.adminproject.eu Settings and partners Select your project timeline (can be modified at any time) and invite your partners.
- 12. www.adminproject.eu Ready to work! Start filling in the fields. Ask your partners to do the same.
- 13. www.adminproject.eu Editing & history Each version is saved, so you can see the history. When you are happy with particular field, click on the green button to mark it as final (it still can be edited if needed).
- 14. www.adminproject.eu Additional tools At any time, you have access to files and discussion modules, which allow you to communicate with your team.
- 15. www.adminproject.eu Whats next? When you are happy with all the fields, you can either export all of them into a Word file, or copy data straight from your browser to PDF form.
