This talk was first given in 2009 at Lindholmen Software Day. I uploaded it since I realized that the content is still as relevant!

This talk suggests that the results currently displayed by most organizations are quite modest compared to the spectacular results described by leading agile evangelists.
Based on ten of years experience with agile development and introducing agile to teams, the talk will provide concrete advice in three key areas for teams that want to get even better.
