The AGUILA program is a
3-day life-changing journey
that drives home what leadership
truly is in the deepest sense.
2. AGUILA: Mentor-Based Leadership
AGUILA is unique in its mission of furthering
community based leadership by utilizing
experienced, candid, and culturally relevant
leaders who have volunteered their time
and expertise. A sampling of speakers who

AGUILA Enrollment
The AGUILA enrollment fee includes
a single room and meals for three days
and two nights at the Grand Geneva Resort,
Conference: January 12-14, 2011
Commencement: February 15, 2011
A half-day Commencement Session will follow
in February during which each participant
will declare the non-profit organization
with which they will begin volunteerism.
Fee: $475.00
AGUILA: Curriculum & Context
During the course of the three-day leadership retreat,
AGUILA participants will be mentored through a series
of experiential sessions. The context and mission is
to motivate, educate and inspire up and coming
Latino leaders to take a more active leadership role
both within their organization and the greater
