This document provides information about the W-STEM session at the AICCSA 2021 conference. The session will highlight successful female careers in computer science and STEM, and bring together junior and senior professionals to encourage collaboration through formal and informal discussion. It will include a keynote speech on gender gaps in artificial intelligence from Karina Gibert Oliveras of Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Spain. There will also be a panel discussion on diversity and inclusion from a female perspective, featuring Genoveva Vargas-Solar of CNRS France and Chirine Ghedira Guégan of Univ. Lyon 3, France.
