During her placement, Ainurs main duties were as follows: Scotland 2016 Researching news stories -gathering background information, briefing notes; News sourcing emailing reporters and producers with news headlines, news stories of the day; Contacting contributors/setting up filming days, locations; Taking part in all general meetings; Attending gallery/editing studios; Taking part in filming for the programme with reporters in different locations in Glasgow and Dundee; Working with BBC Gateway, Jportal, News and analysis, Davina, BBC news portal.
