1. Strategies for creating a buzz around campus for making the adoption of
Airtel money viral
For the purpose of creating the awareness about the Airtel money, firstly I have require to
identify the potential student who have required these kind of application, in other words we can
says that those people who have face difficulty by transacting them means while recharging the
mobile connection and payment for any other kind of things,so these activity should be done by
making an interview with the students & the faculties.
While creating the awareness between the people firstly I have to plan the activities by which
they can get more & more information about the plan,& related to the finance or managing the
time on which I cover all the thing i.e. academics’.
Analyzing these activities:-
First we need to understand the types of expenses incurred by a student while staying in a
campus. These are:
1) Movie
2) Restaurant
3) Canteen and Xerox Center (every collage has at least one canteen and Xerox center but
in my campus there have lot of outlets on which students can use it .)
4) Shopping
To create a buzz in the campus first thing which can be done is to bring the collage
canteen and Xerox center under the scheme and in initial phase some discount can be
given to student if they avail these service through Airtel Money.
Then we have to look for specific restaurant, multiplexes and malls (campus wise) where
student generally hangs around in the weekends . If students are given discount on these
restaurant and multiplexes, then the usability can be increased.
After these the next step will be to make these students aware of the various schemes
which are currently going on while conducting several informative session . This can be
achieved in following manner
1) Sending SMS to the registered user on daily basis informing him about deal in his
region or institute.
2) Sending out daily email giving detailed information.
Next step will be to have one active page on Facebook (while searching on Facebook
came across more than 5 of them) for Posting daily about the current and recent deals etc.
2. For student Acquisition Strategy for Express and Power accounts tie ups with following
organization may be considered
1) Online shopping portals such as Flipkart, Snapdeal and other such popular website
2) With big retail food chain such as Dominos, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Subway (in Long
Term)
So am try my best while performing my job in the campus. I already get an experience with
Bharti Airtel Company on this am done my internship in this company at gurgaon corporate
office. So I wish after taking this job am doing my best and give the positive result to the
company as well as making the Airtel as a likable Brand by the students and the faculties in
the campus.
