Currently, I am working as Environmental Executive for more than 2 years and have
experiences in progress planning and organizing, liaison with client, local authorities and

Responsibilities
1. Assist Project Manager in executing the task as per project requirements within the time
frame give according to the project milestones.
2. Assist project team members in collecting technical information and analysis the scientific
data as required or instructed by the management.
3. Assist Focal Person in preparing administering the project management such as progress
report, minutes of meeting, project tracking and etc.
4. Attend regular meeting with client, contractor and local authorities.
5. Prepare project schedule and assist EIA team by preparing and analysing data and graph as
well as result discussion/ conclusion.
6. Supervise and monitor site precisely according to the drawing.
7. Responsible on the assigned project as well as project file control.
8. Prepare and compile job procedure, master list, permit to work (PTW) and daily/weekly
progress report.
9. Site visit on numerous projects e.g. RAPID Project, PRISM Project, Dalak Pipeline Project,
T-Gas Project and MEX Highway Interchange.
10. Attend as an auditee for site and internal audit.
11. Assist other task as instructed by management in day to day operation.
12. Conduct the environmental sampling for numerous offshore and onshore projects.
13. Lead, plan, decide and execute onshore/ offshore sampling works with safe working
condition.
14. Monitor works carried out by sampling team member on site to ensure that local procedures
and sampling activities or survey done according to specific requirement.
15. Vessel inspection for environmental offshore sampling.
16. Ensure and communicate with vendor regarding the equipment availability and calibration.
17. Prepare and ensure all equipment ready before environmental sampling.
18. Proper handling of all sampling apparatus and containers during loading and unloading
process including courier logistic.
19. Prepare Environmental Monitoring Report (EMR) on monthly basis.
20. Responsible on outgoing and ingoing sampling equipment from warehouse.
