  63. We put challenges to the campus community that involved taking their Flat Captain on different missions and posting photos or videos to their team groups. Those photos were voted on inside the group to choose the best ones. \n
  64. The posts that got the most number of team Likes were launched to the weekly finals. Our very own Gamemaster (Matt Allen) would repost the best post from each group to the main Undergrad page. And again, the one that got the most likes (this time from anyone who visited the page) won, and their team got points.\n
  65. We developed most of the challenges ahead of time, leaving wildcard challenges up to the discretion of the Gamemaster (and the Marketing team). The campus community joined in 3 weeks before the general acceptance mailing went out, and by the time our accepted students got their team assignments, there was a lot of fun rivalry, tons of great images and videos, and personal greetings from the captains lighting up the Facebook groups and page. So we learned something else from the feedback...\n

  96. The momentum for this game was kept going because we had dedicated students running it, who were active on campus. Visibility is key to growing that kind of community – essentially giving your campus something to rally around.\n\nNow, I’ve been talking a lot our on-campus community and the changes... \n
