EXPERIENCE 2010 – to date Consorcio Aguayo EIRL Owner of consulting enterprise and company of BIM services for the construction industry in Peru. Projects of training, design, interferences, restructuring, purging of RFIs pre-construction and during construction, 4D with construction management softwares and more BIM services for private construction businesses, building developers and engineers of many fields. Clients in Perú such as Graña Montero, AsperSUD, Ascensores, Bavaria, CAP, CIP, Dechini, FMT, GMI, Saga, Velcco, just to name a few. Replica, Macrotec, Profile (Autodesk Training Centers ATCs) BIM instructor, in charge of the classes of REVIT MEP 2012, 2013, 2014 and2015, plus NAVISWOKS2012, 2013,2014and 2015. 2010 - 2014 GCAQ Civil Engineers - Company in charge of structural design and consulting. BIM Manager, leading a team of 5 BIM modelers average (depending onhow manyprojectswe had athand).With anaverage of5projects amonth.Iwas incharge of:  Doing presentation andselling strategies topushBIMservices to specialclients.  I was managing the BIM side of every project, from distribution of tasks per modeler and time planning oriented to due dates and contracts signedwith the clients.  Coordination, follow up and control among all the disciplines involved in the project, specially with design, modeling and interference checks.  Totrain, supervise andmake sure ofthe good practices of design and modeling.  Qualitycontrol andinterferences ofdisciplines.  Presentations andmeetings with the clients during and after the projects were completed.  Postselling evaluations, tomakesure we getfewer RFIs and toeliminate unforeseensurprises during construction.  Generalreports toupper management, of progress, observations,innovations and anyinsights.  ACOMPLISHMENTS: I introduced Revit and BIM to the company. Thus, I created the BIM department with its corresponding training of BIM in several platforms to more than 100 engineers in the company, to whom I trained in everything related to BIM methods of design. We organized international events where we captured millionaire contracts this is how we created the BIM department and we hired 30 engineers that I trained and taught everything related to the BIM methods of design. A little while later i ended up training the whole company, about 100 employees spread out in 3 offices in 2 countries. The BIM department is still a success and keeps ongenerating great revenue to the company. 2002 -2006 Systech Inc. ( Company of security design and commercial prevention with Fire Protection) Design leader, I used to do plans and generallayouts ofelectricalnetworks for securityand fire protectionwithsmartresponders andcontrols.
