Alternative fuels such as biodiesel, bioalcohol, hydrogen and vegetable oils can be used to power motor vehicles and a nation's motor fleet. These fuels are better than fossil fuels as they keep the air cleaner and are more sustainable to produce. Some countries currently using alternative fuels include Spain, Denmark, Germany and India.
