A mature HR professional with almost 20 years of experience accrued from handling

Started the career as an officer of the Indian Army and utilized the time tested man

State HR Head for Rajasthan .Manage the human capital of 2150 (on roll & off roll)
employees based out of 54 offices spread across the largest state in India. Reliance Jio is the
Worlds Largest Digital Startup. I lead a team of 12 individuals to handle the entire
gamut of HR activities which includes:-

Aircel Rajasthan Circle Oct 2014-May 2015
Was Head Circle HR & Admin for Rajasthan Circle .Managed the human capital of 350
(on roll & off roll) and 150 contract employees. Aircel is a leading telecom operator in
Rajasthan with annual turnover of 720 Mn. I reported to the Regional Business Head and
matrix reporting was to CHRO.
I led a team of 8 individuals to handle the entire gamut of HR & Admin activities to
include:-
o Manpower Planning and budgeting
o Recruitment, selection, induction.
o TNI for Learning & Development.
