In these moments, the LCD tablet which is laid on the
desk / counter in front of him displays the latest
company's marketing campaign.
It's Mark's turn for service. Mark approaches the
CSR desk and identifies himself. For a short period a
recent marketing campaign is displayed on the tablet
in front of him.

Mark can browse the offer using the touch gestures
available by the tablet. A dialog with the CSR is
available as the CSR can mirror the tablet display.
Amdocs CRM system has brought up the customer
profile and generated personalized offers which are

comfort and transparency.
The CSR builds together with Mark a personal
proposal for him, as he maintains an open highly
interactive dialog with Mark using screen-sharing
mode.

The moment Mark has decided what best fits his
needs and budget, Amdocs OM module generates all
the related transaction documents which are then
displayed to Mark on the tablet.
Mark can page or scroll over the pages and review
the selected products and rate plan along with the
general terms.
When done, Mark will press the [Accept] on-screen
button, and the CSR will take control over the
session and will lead Mark, page by page where
signatures are required.
Mark signs wherever needed, using the electronic
stylus attached to the tablet. Each signature is
displayed immediately on the page (WysWys 息
What you see is What you sign).
When finished the CSR will ask mark weather he
prefers an electronic copy of the signed documents
to be emailed to him, or rather he'd like a printed
copy.
