Job Description:
As part of the Portfolio Integration group in San Francisco, I am responsible for coordinating, analyzing, and
facilitating the processing of all post-production data from multiple data sources, including custodian banks and
accounting platforms. This will include the loading and processing of portfolio security data and analyzing portfolios
for data integrity, and coordinating the delivery of portfolio analytic data.
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
 Monitoring client data arriving from all sources ensuring all data is available in a timely manner to be viewed on
front-end applications.
 Evaluating and processing portfolio security data.
 Master tools to analyze and dissect portfolio data.
 Leverage tools and vendor contacts to resolve daily client portfolio reconciliation issues and general client

Description:
Diago is a rapidly growing product design and development business. The business is working on a new proposition
that could greatly benefit from a market research and business modeling project. It's a web-based custom
manufacturing start-up that would be both a disruptive and sustaining innovation.

Signshaper.com is an online sign artwork analysis, quotation and manufacturing technology. They are looking for the
best ways to develop a business to exploit this technology. Signshaper.com is to the signage world, what
photobox.com is to the photograph printing world.
The business would like to evaluate the new web based tool that has been developed and test it with a cross section of
customers that are expected to use it to suggest any improvements that can be made to its operation.
The business would like to create, analyze, evaluate and select one or more business models to best exploit the
technology. We have done research and developed a business plan model with respect to each model’s investment
requirements, cash flow, growth, marketing, and sales potential.
From the research done for the project, the following are the suggested solutions.
Solution 1: targeting on the local outlets, small-chain restaurants and common people till it establishes its own market
in the signage industry.
Solution 2: subcontracting with the existing signage companies for printing the signs to avoid excess investment of
machinery
Solution 3: promoting the website through social networking websites such as face book, twitter etc and also by using
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) tool to prioritize the website for the existing customers.
