This document proposes a new elliptic curve cryptography method based on matrix scrambling. The method first transforms messages into points on an elliptic curve, as in a typical embedding system. It then applies an encryption/decryption technique that scrambles matrices using a random function and circular queue shifting. This proposed scheme aims to provide security against most current attacking mechanisms.

A new method on matrix scrambling based on the elliptic curve will be proposed in this paper.
The proposed algorithm is based on random function and shifting technique of circular queue.
