QUESTION 1:
What is the reality of the
world we live in right now
and what will the world
look like 40/50 years from
now?
THE WORLD
TODAY
 Two billion are in extreme poverty (a slide
with each one of these sentences and a
picture depicting it)
 The rich-poor divide is the highest
 Nature is being pillaged like never before
 Mass urbanization is destroying village life
 Economic growth is unsustainable
 Science is used for mass destruction
 Corruption is rampant and our democratic
governments are failing us. Voter turn out
has been on the decline for the past
couple of decades.
 Oscar Wilde said that we are in an age
where we know the price of everything
and the value of nothing. He said this in
1890 but I think it still holds true today.
How do we make sure our kids value the
priceless?
