Gets Campus Expansion
Introduction
ï‚— Ashcroft Capital founder Frank Roessler is a real estate
investment professional with experience as an asset manager for
a real estate company in Westwood, California. Prior to
beginning his career in real estate investment, Frank Roessler
earned his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of
Management.
In early 2017, the Anderson School of Management received
approval from the University of California Regents committee to
expand its physical campus with the construction of a new four-
story building. The budget for the project is almost $71 million, all
of which is to be funded through gifts.
Marion Anderson, the widow of the billionaire businessman and
UCLA alumnus John Anderson, from whom the school takes its
name, will pay $40 million of the total funding. The new building
will expand the existing campus by 63,000 square feet and will
include flexible teaching spaces, an event space, a first-floor
lecture hall, and an entire floor dedicated to administration and
student support services. The project will be designed by Pei
Cobb Freed & Partners, the same firm that constructed the
original Anderson School facilities.
