Regarding technology, Andrew worked with his clients around the globe to iden fy the technology related to parking appropriate to the objec ves of each project. A er the technology is iden 鍖ed, Andrew develops the documents for bid solicita on and procurement. The technologies o en recommended include parking guidance systems as well as systems for access and revenue control. Andrew o en designs new signage and way鍖nding to be incorporated in the technology package, other mes the new signage designs are a stand alone project. Andrews role in tra鍖c engineering studies include analysis of exis ng tra鍖c condi ons on the street system; analysis of future tra鍖c condi ons on the street system both from future tra鍖c; as well as addi ons from tra鍖c for known developments. Andrew also makes recommenda ons for improvements to the roadway system and tra鍖c signals based on the results of his analysis. Andrew has conducted consul ng engagements and tra鍖c impact studies for developers, mixed use facili es, hospitals, banks, municipali es, churches, and other clients. Andrew works closely with his clients during all phases to ensure per nent informa on is exchanged on the status of the project.
