Over the years Nobelclean developed a patented system for cleaning and sealing the paint on aircrafts and yachts. Tested by the German Fraunhofer Institute (comissioned by L端rssen), Nobelclean offers a 100% safe and efective method and products, using High- Tech-Sealing-technolgy, that, over the years, resulted in many happy owners, not only because their investment is protected, but also because it shines. We have achieved this, while we usually save between 50% to 75% of the amount spent on painting. We also make transitions from partial repaints invisible. DIAMONDING DIAMONDING is a system for preserving gloss on yachts and business jets, as well as a system for bringing back the shine of dull painted areas. We also offer a long-term sealing for all painted surfaces, and on any type of paint. The work procedure is the following: 1. Rough cleaning without water! Dust and dirt deposits are being removed. 2. With Nobelflex and a special cotton plate(no spray required) the lacquer is gently cleaned and released from dull spots and hallos (NC33 + NC 35). 3. The paint is cleaned with Nobelorbit and a special bonnet, then it is re- cleaned by our NC 31 and prepared for sealing. These actions lead to obtaining crystal-clear surface (up to 90%-92% gloss). 4. First sealing NC 55 (Ceramic-High-Tech-Sealing) is applied. Hereby the unbelievable depth gloss is obtained. 5. The paint is consolidated and filled now with the Nobelorbit and our special 100% layer developing Ceramic-High-tech-Sealing NC 55. The yacht looks now optically as new. This is an inexpensive solution for years to come. Additionally we have a special cleaning system, for the periods between our DIAMONDING, which is performed with specially designed sponges, instead of brushes, for raising more gloss and fewer scratches, it includes a pure water cleaning system. We supply this complete cleaning system under the name of Nobelwash. DIAMONDING can be done anywhere (our teams fly to the yacht location), and at anytime. The only restrictions are if its too cold (less than 12 尊C) or raining (if we work outside with no cover). ECO FRIENDLY PRODUCTS AND METHOD Our system is the most ecological method in the world, since we work only with environmentally friendly materials and without any water, noise or dirt. Furthermore at least 87% of the original level of gloss is obtained, followed by paint sealing, which forms a protective layer. To endure this protective layer PH-neutral detergents should be used, best though are products, recommended by Nobelclean, which are included in each contract. After Nobelclean Diamonding the lacquer achieves optically 100% Nobelclean gloss. Within one year the lacquer coating loses up to 25% shine due to normal aging processes and cleaning with abrasive brushes. This is perfectly normal in each type of lacquer and absolute standard. Through an annual refit the surface maintains 100% Nobelclean shine. UV-rays and salt water have negative impact on yacht lacquer. The quickest and the best way to clean yachts is through our solution of Drywash NC 1 and our shampoo tensides-free - NC 13. Ideal for cleaning would be 37 degrees temperature of water, of course it can be done with cold water. Generally Nobelclean provides 12 months warranty on its gloss, if it is proved that the boat was cleaned with the above products. In case customer notices mat areas, Nobelclean will remove them for free as a precondition for this is the location where the boat has been handled in other words treated with Diamonding. If the client wishes another location, transport and accommodation expenses are to be charged from him as well as any expenses occurred in connection with access to the boat. For example, ladders, scaffolding and others of that matter. Nobelclean will keep a record of each and every cleaning and Diamonding through photos and data, collected by its employees in order to have complete information at any time. NC 1 is a Drywash product, which consists of natural waxes. It is not aggressive to paint and will not damage it in any way. NC 13 is tensides-free cleaning product, which is also paint friendly and protects the sealing.
