Ageing : Who or what is the
                    culprit??




 Hit 30 and your worries about ageing beginwhen people
   talked about anti-ageing, I thoughtnot mebut I was
       wrongopen pores, fine linesthese dont spare
anybodydo they??? So, starting today, I take the onus to
 search the net and gather some good anti-ageing tips and
                  share them with u all.
Reasons behind ageing

       What could be the reason
         behind ageing well, I
         gather there isnt one but
         many to start with we
         have
        Sugar Intake : Now, our
         body requires
         approximately 40gms per
         day. But, the colas,
         chocolates and pastries
         that we indulge in leave
         us with more than we
         bargain for.
Pollution:
Environmental pollutants, chemicals and toxins like
  exhaust fumes, garbage incineration, industrial waste,
  pesticides and fertilizers that we inevitably absorb
  into our systems.
UV Rays, Lifestyle, Inadequate
   Sleep:
Exposure to UV rays, high
   stress lifestyles - no time to
   eat, no time to enjoy the
   lighter and brighter side of
   life, no time to work-out,
   basically no time for self.
Insomnia, fluctuating sleep
   patterns to suit our hurried
   lifestyles.
Improper Diet & Dehydration:
Processed food : like chips,
  noodles, veg/cheese
  nuggets, beverages,
  ketchups etc., inadequate
  protein, low fat intake, all in
  all an imbalanced diet and
  to top it low intake of water
  which leads to dehydration.
