POCKET SIZE TRUTH FOR TEENS ABOUT ALCOHOL AND MARIJUANA 
Design and make a pocket-sized Anti Drug Booklet that can remind you or your friends of ways to make good decisions about Alcohol and Marijuana (in pairs or individually) 
Your booklet should investigate:- 
1. Marijuana (6 research questions) 2. Alcohol (6 research questions) 3. Decision-Making/Refusal Skills (2 research questions) 
CONTENT REQUIREMENTS 
 The research questions should showcase your interests, extend your thinking, be in a logical order and include all of the content below. 
 Detailed descriptions of each drug and drug use 
 Full explanation of blood alcohol concentration (alcohol) and a gateway drug (marijuana) 
 Common short and long term effects on the mind and body 
 Other topic ideas - alcoholism, legal issues, addiction, binge drinking, factors affecting the influence of alcohol, the effects on behaviour and decision making, comparing 
use in teenagers/adult. 
 Refusal skills should include ways you can avoid using the drug (examples of how to say NO) 
 Decision making strategies should include descriptions of scenarios using good decision making skills

 STEP 2: INFO SEEKING STRATEGIES (credibility) - use our websites listed on the blog / class resources
