The database was updated with a new customer, M Khan added, and an existing customer T Park's name changed to T Forrest after marriage. A Smith was removed from the database at their request. A search was done to present all customers living in Leeds by searching for customers from that city.

Here I have a screenshot of the basic database I was given.
I have added in M Khan to the database as he is a new customer to the company.
T Park has just got married and has changed their name to T Forrest. I have changed the database to show this.
A Smith has asked to leave the company. I have removed A Smith from the database.
I have been asked to present all customers who live in Leeds. I am searching for all customers from Leeds. Here are the results of all customers coming from Leeds.
