This document presents several case studies demonstrating the myriad presentations of Anti-Phospholipid Antibody Syndrome (APLA Syndrome). The cases include a woman who developed gangrene of her fingers and was treated with low molecular weight heparin; a woman who had recurrent abortions and delivered with anticoagulation treatment; and a woman who developed deep vein thrombosis and was found to have various positive autoantibodies. The document demonstrates that APLA Syndrome can present with issues like thrombocytopenia, Budd-Chiari syndrome, pancreatitis, and cerebral sinus thrombosis.
