Miguel Varela is proposing an app to help university students find quiet, empty spaces in the library to study. The app would allow students to check available rooms and view reviews of the best and worst rooms from other students. Initial research observed where male and female students studied and interviewed an "extreme user" who struggles to study at home due to noise.
