The document discusses a video about Apple's factory in China. It notes that while the assembly of electronic devices like iPhones is done largely by hand, the young workers are paid very little and live in harsh conditions despite working long hours. They deserve better compensation for their important role in manufacturing devices that have made Apple such a successful and wealthy company.

What has really surprised me about the video is the fact that the
electronic devices are assembled by hand, because I thought that
having such a large production would require doing everything using
machines. It is really impressive that really young people are carrying
out such a complex process, but it doesn’t seem very fair to me that
they all work really hard, and still they are not very well paid, they live in
extremely harsh conditions and work a lot of hours a day. They should
be rewarded for what they do, but instead they don’t have enough
money to maintain themselves and their families. The video says that
most of the workers had never seen a device from the company actually
working, and that mustn't be very nice. Apple is a really well-known
company all over the world and they get a lot of benefits, so they ought
to share a bigger part of the money with the people that have made the
existence of these gadgets possible.
