This document describes applied learning, which includes developing knowledge through research and academic materials, processing knowledge through peer interactions and feedback, and experiencing real-world applications. Knowledge development uses data, articles, videos and learner research. Processing occurs with a coach and peer team through feedback and assessments. Experiencing is completing a long-term project to apply the knowledge in a real-world setting, which distinguishes applied learning from a classroom.
