Editor's Notes

  • #2: 1 minute
  • #19: Pass out standards
  • #21: Education is knowledge work and teachers and administrators are knowledge workers. Peter Drucker, the influential management guru who coined the term knowledge worker said: The job of a knowledge worker is to be effective. Effectiveness means making a contribution to the organization as a whole. This requires that everyone knows the goals of the organization and how their work contributes to the goals. (Go to slide)
