The present production unit of AQ Life Care Limited is located near Dhaka at Charsindur, Ghorashal. The plant is situated in a peaceful area and the environment is congenial for a Cosmetics & Toiletries unit as there is no other unit producing disagreeable or obnoxious fumes or odor or large quantity of soot, dust or smoke & distant away from open sewage, drain or public lavatory etc. Ample availability of transport facility, water, gas and electric supply with skilled & trained personnel, and communication facilities THE MANUFACTURING UNIT
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities designed, build and operated with strict adherence to the current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) to meet and exceed international standards. STATE OF THE ART FACILITY
STATE OF THE ART FACILITY 10,000 sq.ft cosmetics production unit & 6000 sqf for toiletries production unit . Highest standard of safety and possible zero contamination, Equipped with room dedicated AHU with high number of air changes, different kinds of filters, restricted access; and Personnel safety control through PPE (PersonnelProtective Equipments)
STATE OF THE ART FACILITY We have both solid and sterile production facility and monitored with computer controlled HVAC system to maintain designate class A, B, C,& D according to the requirement of production area where pressure, temperature and humidity areindicated through micro-computer controllers to comply ISO, cGMP and PIC/S standards.

Self sufficient arrangements confirms our QMS. The firm has all the equipment/machinery required for production & packaging and is self-sufficient for its activities. No outside help is needed as far as equipment Concerned. The quality control department has well equipped laboratories and qualified chemists for testing of raw materials, packing materials and finished goods.
