AQP High Tech Cluster
El objeto principal del Proyecto es el desarrollo de un High Tech Cluster, que se constituir叩 como la Primera y M叩s Avanzada Zona Industrial de Alta Tecnolog鱈a de Latinoam辿rica, con el prop坦sito de reubicar a 100 Industrias Asi叩ticas L鱈deres en Desarrollo e Innovaci坦n de Alta Tecnolog鱈a en el Mundo. Para la consecuci坦n de tal objetivo se desarrollar叩 una Ciudad Ultra Moderna bajo un Nuevo Paradigma de Alta Escala Socio-Econ坦mica similar a Silicon Valley en California USA o Irving en California USA. La relocalizaci坦n de un promedio de 10 Empresas de Alta Tecnolog鱈a por a単o, a lo largo de dos planes de cinco a単os cada uno, generar叩 4,900 empleos y US$ 1,020 Millones de ventas desde el primer a単o de operaci坦n, llegando a 52,000 empleos en 10 a単os con ventas anuales de US$ 26,544 Millones. Se conseguir叩 as鱈 acumulaci坦n de conocimiento (know-how) y transferencia de las Innovaciones de Alta Tecnolog鱈a, para lograr de esta manera ser El Primer y M叩s Avanzado Centro de Industrias de Alta Tecnolog鱈a de Latinoam辿rica. Para este fin el estado anfitri坦n (Gobierno Regional de Arequipa y el Gobierno Central de Per炭) tiene que comprometer los m叩ximos paquetes de incentivos industriales y tributarios que den claras muestras de su inter辿s de albergar el High Tech Cluster, en la perspectiva de que este encender叩 un nuevo y potente motor de impulso econ坦mico para la Regi坦n Arequipa y el Per炭 en su conjunto.
