Pakhi Sharma is the Alumni Incharge for AIESEC in Delhi University for 2014-2015. The ARM team has 4 members including the team leader. Engagement efforts include newsletters, Facebook and Whatsapp groups, and events. Key projects include a placement cell for alumni, mentorship programs, accommodation support, and fundraising. Over 60 alumni attended the annual Alumnite event in December 2014, where Rs. 80,500 was raised through microfunding. Total funds raised from alumni in 2014 was Rs. 2,95,500. Transition plans for 2015 include continuing the mentorship program and identifying alumni leads for programs.

The Mentoring Project Objective : The mentor encourages the mentee to use their available resources to identify solutions both professionally and personally. 31st year-Annual Alumnite- 26.12.14 OBJECTIVE- Better engagement with Alumni for networking and financial sustainability of the LC. There was a turnout of 85 people out of which 60 were ALUMNUS not just from our LC but also DI, Chandigarh and even MC Money for the same was raised through MICROFUNDING by Alumnus ToTAL RAISING-Rs 80500 CREATIVES ALUMNITES ORGANIZED TILL Q3
