The document outlines the multi-step process used to clean area rugs. Rugs are first inspected for imperfections and stains. They are then tested to determine the best cleaning method and vacuumed on both sides. Conditioner is worked into the rug before it is submerged in a cleaning pool and shampooed twice. The rug is then extracted to remove 97% of the water and brushed before drying and final inspection.
