The work included all of the coordination and correspondence between the owner and Nordex the system certifier. Dollar Amount of Contract; $84,688.43 Final Cost: $109,029.32 Reason for cost growth; Multiple areas of additions including data jacks, and upgrading of data systems. Reason for the time growth: Relocation of the IRS required relocation of the Post Office and renovation of the existing location for future use by the IRS.
