The Armenian HR Association was created in 2008 with the goal of studying and sharing HR management practices in Armenia and abroad. Over the past 1.5 years, the association held 10 HR club meetings with over 20 participants and visits to 10 museums. The association aims to lobby for improvements to labor laws, introduce a professional code of ethics for HR managers, and design projects to develop HR managers' potential in Armenia. It is funded through annual membership fees and donations from HR industry stakeholders.
