Buses will be arranged on October 2nd for employees and their families to visit Mata na Madh for darshan. The buses will leave the Udaynagar Bus Stand at 6am and return at 6pm. Employees must register by October 1st at 8pm with the Club Manager to reserve their spot, paying a Rs. 50 refundable fee per person or Rs. 100 per family. Buses will only be sent if 25 or more people register for a single bus.

KP/Admn/TPT/2016 Date : 30.9.2016 C I R C U L A R Sub: Bus arrangement for Mata na Madh As per practice , it is proposed to arrange buses on 02.10.2016 (Sunday) for visiting Mata na Madh for those employees and their dependent family members who are interested to have darshan there. The buses will leave Udaynagar Bus Stand at 6.00 am. and return will reach Township at 18.00 hrs. All those employees who are interested to avail of this facility may register their names with the Club Manager. The registration fee (refundable) shall be Rs. 50/- per person and for more than two persons Rs 100/- per family. In case any member does not avail the facility after registration, the amount paid will be withheld, forfeited and handed over to the temple. The availability of seats shall be on first come first serve basis. However, the buses will be sent only in case 25 persons or more are registered for a single bus. The registration may be done latest by 20.00 hrs of 1.10.2016 Cooperation of all employees is solicited. DGM (P&A)
