Buses will be arranged on October 14th for employees and their families to visit Mata na Madh temple. The buses will leave the Udaynagar Bus Stand at 6am, traveling via Adipur and Anjar, and return to the Township at 6pm. Employees can register with the Club Manager by October 13th at 8pm to reserve seats on the buses, with a non-refundable fee of Rs. 50 per person or Rs. 100 per family. Buses will only be sent if 40 or more people register for a single bus. Cooperation from all employees is requested.

KP/Admn/TPT/2018 Date : 12.10.2018 C I R C U L A R Sub: Bus arrangement for Mata na Madh As per practice , it is proposed to arrange buses on 14.10.2018 (Sunday) for visiting Mata na Madh for those employees and their dependent family members who are interested to have darshan there. The buses will leave Udaynagar Bus Stand at 6.00 am and will go via Adipur and Anjar. On return, buses will reach Township at 18.00 hrs. All those employees who are interested to avail of this facility may register their names with the Club Manager. The registration fee (Non-Refundable) shall be Rs. 50/- per person and for more than two persons Rs 100/- per family. In case any member does not avail the facility after registration, the amount paid will be withheld, forfeited and handed over to the temple. The availability of seats shall be on first come first serve basis. However, the buses will be sent only in case 40 persons or more are registered for a single bus. The registration may be done latest by 20.00 hrs of 13.10.2018.Through IFFCO Club. Cooperation of all employees is solicited. S M (P&A)
